Ms. Broussard has had a string of multi-million play features and songs of her own since 2016. Her debut album is surely on the way, and we couldn’t be more excited about it.

Teaming up with the likes of Kygo, Galantis, Klergy, and Lindsey Muthafuckin’ Stirling, she has consistently shown up and out, often in a soft, beautiful echo of a sound that crescendos into an explosive oblivion. Everything and nothing at the same time. That probably makes no sense, but it makes all the sense in the world to me.

Valerie Broussard, AKA Valerie, the Girl Whose Features Pay Salaries AKA The Springfield Songstress AKA Broussard the Bombshell Bruiser AKA Val Drogo.

She has a voice that pairs as well with an upbeat EDM tempo as it does in a 1-on-1 bout with a piano, or an acoustic guitar in a living room.

She takes to the ‘epic’ type of tracks. I could hear one of her songs playing during a quest scene in Lord of the Rings or a sought after rewritten Game of Thrones finale.
