MINKA Makes Bangers

MINKA is a solo artist born in Philadelphia who produces music free from the constraint of genres. While there’s no promise of a singular dance-based genre, it’s music made with a pinky promise that you can dance and groove to it.

MINKA started out in 2021 with the single “Fantasy,” which has now become the funky closer of the recently released album, Oops! All Bangers. The album delivers what it promises—every song on Oops! All Bangers delivers a serious punch.

The opening song, “Conquistadors,” is a bright, poppy number that will draw you into the surreal musical world that MINKA masterfully creates and builds upon with each subsequent song. They effortlessly jump from more dreamy tracks like “Lady in White” to funkier tunes like “Spaceship.”
