February 9th, 2024 @ 2300 Arena in Philadelphia

With a parade of local fighters competing on the card, 2300 Arena was packed for an excellent night of cagefighting, that featured four title fights with members of the extended Taino, Marquez, and Webb Philly superteam in three of them. Kyle “The D’arce Knight” Daukaus would go on to defend his Middleweight title with his namesake finish, the d’arce choke.

The crowd reared for Philly, South Jersey, and Newtown. The arena was filled with Team Taino supporters there for their two NextGen belt fights in Taylor Semarco defending hers, and Cam Scalio chasing his first CFFC strap. Unfortunately the fights didn’t end in their favor but they will surely be back. Manny Morales, another up-and-coming local South Jersey fighter would drop to a 3-2 record in his return to the octagon.

CFFC 121

July 14, 2023 at the Horseshoe Hotel & Casino in Tunica, Mississippi

Team Taino of Washington Township, NJ originally had three members scheduled to fight — Parker Kropman, Edgardo “Baki” Caraballo Jr, and Cam “The Man” Scalio. Due to a ridiculous ruling from an old, annoyingly grumpy Pennsylvania Fight Commissioner, Scalio was disqualified from fighting for having Laterj surgery some 360+ days ago… but the commish held strict to that 365…

For a fight that was in MISSISSIPPI… The PENNSYLVANIA Commissioner wiggled his ass in there just to say ‘NOPE’ can’t do it. If you wanted to see Scalio maul a guy on camera, you’d have to wait another couple of months, but you could also watch here.

ANYWAY… let’s get to the Mississippi Maulings by Baki and Kropman.

Parker Kropman, CFFC President, Rob Haydak, Edgardo Caraballo

Caraballo and Kropman were the first two fights on this card and they both began the night in dominant and efficient fashion.

Edgardo “Baki” Caraballo

vs.

Jacob Perez

The man known as “Baki” led off the evening and only moments after walking out the tunnel he had Perez on the ground and was hunting for submission opportunities. In less than a minute Baki had his back and pursued an armor and a triangle shortly thereafter. They didn’t stick but in the scramble that ensued he continued to control the action and dominate ground positioning. Eventually he made his way to rear naked choke and squeezed the mouthpiece out of the poor guy’s head as Perez fought valiantly until he passed out.

Baki Caraballo won by TKO and may have done so without throwing a single punch on the feet.

He backflipped on the logo with his coach, Eddy “The Taino Warrior” Torres on hand and flexed for the camera after the dub. He was also cornered by Andre Petroski who jumped in the broadcast booth after the fight.

Parker Kropman

vs.

Kremon “the Creep” Warmath

The card aired on OnlyFans for free and before the stream even began, Kropman’s name was all over the comments. Not only was he bringing a fanbase to the stream but he was up against a man who looked a little too much like a pedophile.

Sorry, Warmath. You seemed like a nice guy after the fight, but this picture just screams active on teenage message boards.

While the event was only broadcasting a countdown screen, no one had more mentions than Kropman. Comments like “letsss gooo Parker” filled the chat. As did others like “Use that bulge, PLEASE” … in reference to his weigh in photos in an American eagle speedo.

After doing some investigative journalism, it was unveiled, and unfortunately so that “Blazer” is actually Parker’s Mom who referred to him as “the Muscle Shark” — and “U60862610”, who motioned that “parker is so sexy.” was actually Kropman himself.

But the former Drexel University wrestler did not disappoint. Within the first 10 seconds of the fight, Kropman had him on his back and was making the creep’s life miserable. Kropman’s fight lasted longer than Baki’s, but he was also able to inflict more damage in the process by landing several heavy shots, both on his feet and even more so in ground and pound moments. Ultimately winning the fight with a suffocating anaconda choke.

CFFC 123 & 124

September 1st and 2nd, 2023 at Live! Casino in Philadelphia, PA

A mainstay for the promotion, the Philadelphia crowd came out to see some incredible fights and support their own in Kyle Daukaus, Taylor Semarco, and Cameron Scalio. Kropman’s opponent dropped out of this one so he was in the booth.

Cameron Scalio vs. Sean Murphy

In Cam “The Man” Scalio’s return to the octagon, he did not disappoint.

This was a WAR.

One of the more exciting fights of the night and was likely tied going into the third round, despite Scalio nearly ending it with an armbar in round two.

Scalio was able to come out on top after taking Murphy’s back and getting a ground-and-pound TKO finish in the third and final round and receiving massive applause from the crowd. Both fighters had their moments and Scalio almost finished the fight with a vicious armbar that Murphy certainly felt the next day but Scalio was able to stick to the gameplan and wear down his opponent. Sean Murphy was clealry a tough opponent and wouldn’t surprise anyone to see him back and in the win column in the near future. Scalio improved to 5-2 with the victory.
