Have You Joined The Brian Dawkins Led Bible Discussion, “Hello Blessed People”?

One of my goals for 2025 was to reconnect with God. I have not achieved that goal up to this point.

Not that I’ve strayed down some dark path of vice and destruction, but a little extra light each Sunday wouldn’t hurt.

I’ve always had a relationship with a higher power, but never with any sort of consistency beyond gratitude and the occasional ask.

For the past month or so, I’ve benefited from a resurgence along that pathway, thanks to the righteous words and discussion of Brian Dawkins’ Instagram group, “Hello Blessed People”.

Yes, that Brian Dawkins.

Despite his violent play, which, today, is illegal in all 50 states and most first-world countries, B-Dawk was known for his sincere dedication to Christ and his refusal to use cuss words. ‘DOGGONE IT’ was basically his catch phrase.

The City of Philadelphia loved him for his play, his passion, and his commitment to the craft. So it’s no surprise that he’s doing well in retirement and finding new ways to share the word of the lord, along with his own connection to different scriptures.
